About

I’m a Los Angeles-based director, motion graphics artist, cinematographer, VFX supervisor, editor, and photographer, with more than 15 years of experience creating films, commercials, documentaries, and music videos. I’ve always enjoyed working across disciplines, often moving between directing, cinematography, VFX, and post-production within the same project. I have an obsession with the technical side of image-making, with extensive experience in cinema cameras and vfx. I also spent five years teaching specialized courses for RED Digital Cinema. Despite all the technology, my work is grounded in a love of film photography, cinematography, and practical filmmaking. I work across digital cinema, medium-format film, vintage optics, VFX, motion design, and generative tools, choosing the process that makes the most sense for the idea rather than building the idea around the technology.
